The triathlon this weekend is a time trial start, so you are supposed to submit your 100yrd swim pace for the 300yrd swim. I try to be pretty honest with my pace whenever I submit my time, and I think I put in 1:15 for the race. I'm not sure what Marty put in, but I know it wasn't 1:15. They posted the swim start times this morning and check out who's 13th & 14th:

How the HECK did that happen?! And there's no changing swim times now, so I'm stuck with him starting :15 after me. Nothing like my own husband coming to mow me down in the pool when we already have two-way traffic. For those of you who don't know, Marty is a superfast swimmer, and he kind of produces a big wake...I'll be body surfing when he goes by me.

CRAP! :)

You better not let him pass you! Hold him off as long as possible, it's only 300 right? And I know you'll take him on the run.

I'll cross my fingers for you!

I am with everyone else, don't let him pass you! Ha, that would be funny.
Good luck at your race. Can't wait to hear how it goes.

You're going to do GREAT - you are a SUPER swimmer, and with all the work you've been putting in the pool, I think you'll surprise yourself. :) Looks like you've got some great names to hunt down - GO GET 'EM!!!

If he passes you, he sleeps on the couch! You can beat him anyway! Good luck.

I say let him pass you and then grab his ankles and let him pull you the rest of the way. That way you go faster and save energy :).
